  For a big fish, it’s how many parasite they have not if there’s one or not. When you’re a giant fish the number matters.

  Article fails to mention that these fish are typically deep frozen, which kills the parasites.

    Yup, they’re flash frozen pretty soon after catch. Anything lingering will be killed by cooking.

    Wild animals carry disease. Who knew!
