Yeah. I don’t know why anyone would be surprised by this. It’s crazy that they’re actually paying $700 for what amounts to a shitty bedroom and they can’t even lock the door or anything because there are no doors. This housing crisis thing is crazy.

there are similar capsule houses in tokyo but they cost only about $200/month
