Beneath the radiant midday sun, Roy Schestowitz and I stood across from the formidable government office building, our hearts synchronizing their rapid beats. The day had finally arrived to set our audacious plan into motion, the city’s energy mirroring our blend of excitement and unease.
Do you have any source for all the content of your blog? It looks like badly written fan-fiction, or you have a creepy obsession for this guy.
This entire site looks like a defamation case waiting to happen. Even if it is based in reality (big if), it’s obviously collected here to ruin the guys reputation.
Either OP just outed themselves as an accomplice to stealing government data (for which there is no statute of limitations AFAIK), or its just some piece of fiction that has no place here. Either way, not smart.
The consistent use of the guys full name, the subject matter of the stories, consistent 3rd person point of view in the narratives, full transcripts of conversations despite the writers memory being "not the best"... Definitely seems like the writer wants people searching for his name to turn up weird stories.
I'm going to report for harrassment. Seems like this person is a stalker or at best a jilted ex.

I wonder if it was just a simply copy command onto the laptop. I would also imagine it would be a big database maybe a few hundred gigs?

This is all fiction, and terribly written lol.
So you went into a government and REBOOTED their email server into a livecd environment, taking it offline from its purpose, and…nobody showed up to the server closet you were in to see what was up for, what, hours.
On top of that, you rolled into a site for heist, and didn’t bring any device to copy said data you were there for, so you just stole whatever laptop was sitting around, and it just so happened to have enough disk space for you…oh wait…let me back up a sec. That laptop was booted with a livecd, so what…did he wipe it’s HD and then copy these files you were after to that freshly wiped disk or something?
This is written with the talent of the 8th grade creative writing student who does all the plot work for those terrible CSI/NCIS hacking shows 🙄

Also they cloned the IDs with Gimp? IDs usually have a contactless chip too, and you need a device and an existing card to clone.

(1) We showed up as IT support, I didn’t mention it in the story but we did tell the receptionist that e-mail would be down for a while. (2) We did bring USB drives but the laptop was faster (3) Yeah we did wipe the HD
