    By swiss law the subject of reporting has a right to rebuttal, but palantir insisted on a big set of points not covered in the article being published by the collective of journalists and they refused. They said the lawsuit was more about the narrative of failure, palantir was courting the swiss since covid with 9 high profile meetings and failed to get any contracts. The evil bastards narrative they seem to enjoy, the failure narrative not so much.
