I’m all for it. Trump won in 2020 and was POTUS the whole time.
Which mean he wasn’t eligible to run in 2024, meaning the eligible ticket with the most votes win, and Kamala Harris is now President.

He was already ineligible to run in 2024 according to the Constitution. The only thing that really matters in politics is power.
Ahh… ok so no person could be elected more than 2 times, but Trump was and so he needs to reign for 4 more years. Brilliant, might work out
Or, only Bush (or other Republicans) is allowed to win twice. Even though they also don’t want us talking about his actions.
They believe that by going after Tim Walz there’ll cause a Tim Travel event.

Is this because then he will have become a 3 term president and then there will be a precedent for staying president longer?

Seems to me like if he was elected in 2020 his two terms are up and he should be outta here immediately.

So if Joe Biden is responsible for all the country’s problems… but then turns out Trump was the president all along - does he become responsible?

I would assume more likely because they think they cannot ever be wrong about anything under any circumstances, and anyone who claims that they're wrong must be evil and bad and destroyed in any way possible.
It's like the 2+2=5 thing from 1984. It's a stupid and pointless thing for the State to insist that it's right about, but if you say the State is wrong about that then it will crush you until you admit that it's right.

Or maybe they think they can just invalidate everything Biden signed into law in one fell swoop?
