    I was planning to buy a Prusa printer soon, but now I’m not so sure. This is disappointing.

      I don’t really want to defend them in this thread, but generally they compete on quality, not price. They refused to get involved in the race to the bottom that Ender basically won.

      That said, I don’t think that’s true anymore, either. Some companies have emerged that are higher quality than Ender, but not that much more expensive. They’re probably close to Prusa quality now.
