How can you have medical advances without an exploitative privatized health system to kill any progress that isn’t profitable enough?
That’s right. You cut funding to the public research institutions that make these discoveries in the first place. That’ll show ‘em.

From the abstract of the paper, it appears to stimulate growth of the spinal cord cells treatment is administered very soon after the spinal cord injury.

Thanks a ton going to do a full read through but upon first glance actually looks better done compared to most of the other studies I've looked at talking about seeming miracle cures even with the extremely small sample size. I'm very intrigued.
