You have a bunch of different types. The ones that love sugar and easily digestible food is what most people have these days in the bulk of their gut biome.
They’re shit at digesting high fiber food that’s good for you. So eat a bunch of kimchi or kombucha and it can’t do it well which produces gas and discomfort.
Eat some everyday and the “good” gut bacteria starts to be one the majority. That’s why the people who eat fast food all the time say good feed messes with their stomach, but someone who never eats fast food will have diarrhea from even the best fast food.
