The map is not labeled, there is no full ranking in the article, nor did I see a link to anything with a list. Yes, I can see the colors but that does not show where exactly each state lands.

The legend is there but yeah I was hoping for a full list.
Data and tables are better than graphs most of the time. Graphs are just fancy. Or at least that’s my unpopular opinion.
