Saying t’s illegal is a better headline. Also, I believe it was illegal, you just have 365 days to comply before legal action can take place
You could just swap them on day 364 and claim they’re a new installation. Or just say you swapped them.
I hate these misleading headlines. It is just so justifying to the magats when articles like this are touted against them. They do plenty of clearly illegal shit, lets stick the headlines like this on those other cases.
Doesn’t this idiot own a company that makes solar panels and back up batteries? 🙄
Yeah but the tech guys probably convinced him that it’s shit
To the rich, fines are just fees.
Cheaper than actual fees
They dont even get fined anymore
Should be illegal, but they are doing it legally by exploiting a loophole. Disgusting.
Just like people never really sell drugs. Instead the person donates money to them & you donate something back. Do you expect the court to accept that argument? If not then don’t let them get away with similar arguments.
Is it xAI or xA1?
So, if we know this is happening and we know where… why don’t we peacefully protest with some highly flammable, totally innocuous items on us?
I’d be shocked if he didn’t
I’m surprised that I’m surprised.
It seems to be a default state nowadays.
I’m not using any of his shit
