Explanation For Those Wondering: Bangladesh declared independence from Pakistan in 1972. Israel recognized Bangladesh’s independence almost immediately.
Bangladesh rejected their recognition, and in return has openly stated that it will only recognize Israel as a sovereign state when there is a just and lasting solution for the Palestinian people, often pushing, diplomatically, for a two-state solution, which is immensely based of Bangladesh.
