  Trying to scrolling through the universe PDF on iOS by hard pressing on and dragging either of the scrollbars does some… interesting stuff. I guess even PDF must obey the speed of causality.

    That’s what the article is saying: even though the claim is made that the maximum size of a PDF is smaller than Germany, the author is creating one that is bigger.
