  Things could be worse. 🤷‍♂️

  Am fortunate to not have the suicidal ideations of the past.

  Good luck. Cognitive behavioral therapy helped.

  If you can, find a job/community where you can be of service in some way. The connections and difference you make by your presence will help connect the dots of self esteem and community.

  It feels like fucking hell when you’re in it. the stressors narrow your view to where it makes it all seem inescapable. It never is.

  I can fault no one for wanting a way out, they experience things that I never will. I hope you’ll persist. Hope you’ll see the lives made brighter by your soul.

  I have a couple friend groups, so I’m safe, but two of them are terrible replying to messages or following up on commitments. I understand that people can be busy, but don’t say that you’ll be online later and then never show up. I’ve decided to refocus my attention on the friends who do reply to messages.
