Anyone have any advice with nylon aka polyamide and sticking to the bed plate? I’ve got an h2d (enclosed, heated) and printing without part cooling. The bed is pei with glue stick. The part is a rectangle that’s 2x as long as it is wide. It warps no matter the bed adhesion tricks I use.
Some people print things at an angle I’ve heard. Uses more support material though
Assuming you already cleaned with soap, checked Z-height, perhaps tried a different adhesive (I can stringly recommend 3DLac spray) etc:
Check if there are beds for PA for your printer. I think Prusa had a specially coated one specifically to fix this issue, perhaps there’s also one for yours. Nylon just hates to stick except to itself.
