Cross posts are just posts with the exact same URL in the URL field.
So you can cross-post manually by just making another post, that’s identical.

@hitagi@ani.social I was trying to crosspost this to !dungeonmeshi@ani.social and it seems like crossposting might be broken in the 0.19.4 lemmy-ui. When I select the community to crosspost to, it erases all the content that I was crossposting.
I was able to do it from the photon frontend though (my first time trying it out).

That does seem to be the case. I tried on another 0.19.4 instance and clicking the community dropdown removes everything (title, link, and body).
