The posts “do poorly” because brigadiers are mass downvoting them.
Maybe the brigaders vote this way because they think the posts aren’t welcome here. You should not tolerate the intolerance, after all.

If someone is acting in good faith, I look forward to the conversation. They might be surprised how much we agree on.
