  in thee 1960s cigarette companies used to leave free packs of cigarettes in freshman dorms at the beginning of the school year because at least some of them would get bored and try it.

    Can confirm, my time at microslop in the mid 2000s included break rooms with coolers full of every caffeinated beverage you can think of.

  Who’s actually going to use these if they’re not already a smoker / vaper? Maybe they’re just providing them so people don’t have to get up and go outside for 5-10 minutes to smoke.
