Darn fangled internet, confusing me. We used to just go to a muddy corner and for a penny make people groan and there were pear trees everywhere and the smell of cum…
Where am I again?

Thats a pretty standard… Standard. Ehh, wink wink, nudge, nudge.
- Comment on The difference between a Collection and a Hoard, is "Standards" 3 days ago:
Standard to keep your mound of books small so it doesnt interfere with your life or home.
The second option is just a really bad hoarding hoard with cats.
- Comment on I'm gonna need a walk-in shower soon enough 3 days ago:
This is like the first thought that goes through my head when getting in a shower too!
Sometimes its just that I really want a bench.
- Comment on The difference between a Collection and a Hoard, is "Standards" 3 days ago:
Yeah… That sounds like neither a collection nor a hoard but just a…
Pile of stuff.Only you can prevent your pile of stuff from becoming a hoard, keep on subdividing those piles.
- Comment on The difference between a Collection and a Hoard, is "Standards" 3 days ago:
This just means you let stuff just add on the pile, right?
- Comment on The difference between a Collection and a Hoard, is "Standards" 3 days ago:
Check it out, it even works on other definitions of the word.
wow the opposing army is so disorganized, no basic weapons or training it seems and they just accepted anyone.
Its not an army, that’s a hoard!
- Comment on The difference between a Collection and a Hoard, is "Standards" 3 days ago:
Honestly… If you know where they are, and how they are being kept… Yeah.
You can have a silly collection of thousands and thousands of rocks you picked up, but if they were in binders labeled what they are it would be a collection too.
Come back to me when you have a pile you sleep on and we can talk about upgrading you to Hoard.
- Comment on The difference between a Collection and a Hoard, is "Standards" 3 days ago:
No standards on what they were willing to steal from others

Standards on how you want to present it?
Ehh? See?

- Comment on It's quite impressive that most English speakers across the world understand each other, despite variations in accents/dialects 1 week ago:
I had associated that with only localization and slang. Didnt realize that was dialect. That being said, you can still understand the words just and get enough cintext to realize you dont say “fanny” in UK
- Comment on It's quite impressive that most English speakers across the world understand each other, despite variations in accents/dialects 1 week ago:
Well look at that, pronunciation, grammar and vocabulary.
Didnt realize that slang was part of dialect and only associated the first 2. Learn something every day.
- Comment on It's quite impressive that most English speakers across the world understand each other, despite variations in accents/dialects 1 week ago:
Wow, lots of people picking out whole regions to say they cant understand and i… Have never had that problem. Honestly, really, english is easy to catch the ear and even people who barely speak it can usually get legible words out. You never make the sounds accidentally.
I’m not a big fan of mumbly accents, its just lazy about the sounds but if you’ve ever understood grumbling and mumbling you can get any accent.(Note: not true for dialects that have their own local words for things)
- Comment on People around the world are trying to learn English because it's the Lingua Franca, but imagine if the Lingua Franca of the world was a Tonal Language and the writing system was Logographic. 1 week ago:
Considering Korea looked at the nightmare that was chinese and invented their own language to get their people literate… I am not sure it would ever work to be the default languages.
People will always simplify for people to learn and use, wince language is very important for transferring knowledge.

I realized it was still off vibe, trying to not go into that topic with you.
And, yeah. I was not kidding about my 2 shower types. I either remember my bluetooth speaker or i lose an hour of my evening. It’s a good place to think, i dunno.

I am told my humor is dark and my outlook bleak, but i will try to have a funner shower thought next time.
But i also think that this isnt political but just true. Like regardless of if you think its right or not.
Countries become about what they can produce or provide, and that means a workforce maintained to continue to provide the products.
And those that own capital can either be state or private thus negating picking a side.
Im gonna try and bird law my way out of this. - Comment on Capitalism turns countries into businesses to support the lavish lifestyle of capital holders and the government into HR to silence the workers 1 week ago:
Capitalism has no borders nor nationality, methinks

I actually think government should be in some amount of debt as it means they are actively building new stuff for the people but also like only a little and because of infrastructure development not just military budget bloom for billion dollar planes that dont get built.

Governments are also ok with pushing AI so hard cause just like a business they are trying to replace the workforce to save money.
