Was thinking the same, but more in that consoles are basically low-mid level PCs and the games have to be built using PCs to begin with so it might just seem redundant specifying the work on games that would also release for PC even tho the target hardware is gonna be the console market.
In the past, especially with the likes of the PS3, there was a bit of a distinction, so you can see the rationale behind maybe not releasing a PC version of a game, or vice versa. But these days with the PS5 and whatever the hell the Xbox is called, not so much.

PC might be implied in “console games”. It’s actually insane to not make a PC version these days if you’re targeting console.

Consoles have never been more PCs than now.

Plus PC is the largest platform, and it’s only leaving money on the table to not make a PC version.
