I think large peaceful demonstrations are needed. The people need to go on the streets in vast numbers and make their opposition to trump visible for everyone. Just in a peacefully but strong way, not possible to neglect.

Nobody but the conservative crazy people here in the US is gung-ho about this.
I have, however, seen countless Europeans and non-Americans trying to incite us into widespread violence constantly. These are the people likening us to Nazi Germany, a country nearly 100 years in the past, and on the other side of the world.
Let me just say right now, emphatically, FUCK YOU if you’re trying to do this. You are worse than Trump and all the fascists here.
Violence may be needed in certain moments here… But it’s not the answer to everything going on. In fact, violence is what Trump wants in many of the individual situations he’s creating.

Would not mind. Trump will not leave power because of peaceful protests. But other forces within the government will have it easier to apply instruments in order to make him leave with large peaceful protests.

We need to stand up and push back but that doesn’t mean with weapons. There’s far too many people outside the USA that wants to see us start killing each other for some sick, perverse reason.
