- Comment on PC game recommendation for my partner and I 2 days ago:
Deep Rock Galactic can be played up to 4 players, but 2 is fine. There’s difficulty scaling to what you want to do and you have to want to play high difficulty content to access it. You go around various biomes, mining for resources, fending off enemies. There’s a multitude of mission types to play that can be fun to funny.
It was officially released in 2020 but was in early access for longer than that. It’ll run well on mid range PC builds and supports Linux though with the typical warning it might be a little janky until you get the right modifications going. The DLC in the game is cosmetics and you have plenty you can earn through regular gameplay.
A racing style game that you two can play around in I believe is called Wreck Fest. It’s a demolition styled racing game so crashing, smashing, and bashing are all encouraged. It has from straight racing to demolition derbies with AI.
It released in 2018 and should work fine on a mid-range PC, though might need to turn down some of the physics effects since there’s a lot. Its DLC is different cars which isn’t really pay to win as they have strengths and weaknesses to them. I’ve played it on single player and it’s still fun, with a friend would be wonderful.
If you’d like a rogue lite kind of game, there’s Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles Splintered Fate. It’s a coop rogue lite where you build up power sets and see how they do. Can be up to 4 players but solo is very much viable as well.

I have a use for it. Put it in the recycle bin.

Not false flag but they did let it happen as a convenient excuse to invade the middle east, especially as a pretext for Iraq, for their resources.

Its world building and such is visual story telling.
- Comment on YSK: A real American Civil war will NOT be like Battlefield or COD. 6 days ago:
We need to stand up and push back but that doesn’t mean with weapons. There’s far too many people outside the USA that wants to see us start killing each other for some sick, perverse reason.

They’re purposely deploying ICE To blue cities and states as retribution and provocation.

Yes, though also some are in such economically depressed areas that you can barely get a job.
- Comment on I don't understand how Trump gets away with all his senial BS. How come everyone is telling him to piss off or use the constitution to shut him the hell up? 1 week ago:
The Dem establishment have not beaten the paid opposition argument at all.

Thank you, I have been saying this. Use a regular camera and be sure to delete meta data off images and videos when uploading!

Purposely obtuse mechanics for the sake of “difficulty.”

Wasn’t sure if they were or not, why I mentioned the jury was out on it. Regardless, leave your phone at home.
- Comment on Inside ICE’s Tool to Monitor Phones in Entire Neighborhoods 2 weeks ago:
Do not take your phone to protests/rallies/organized events. Do not turn it off and take it with you thinking it’s okay, they will know when and where you turned it off. Jury is still out if modern phones truly turn off as well. Use a regular camera for taking pictures, take lots of them, get faces, IDs, anything if you can of ICE. Let them start the violence first.

- Comment on I've never been in a situation where me having a gun would have made things bettter. 2 weeks ago:
If it’s a state/federal building you can’t even bring the ammo and that’s still the least of concern. The person getting a firearm can get replacement magazines and ammunition for it easily. People concerned for the safety of others and not wanting it stolen will get small gun safe boxes that bolt into the car someway to stow it.

As well reciprocal states that recognize it so you can transport them with minimal issues as well. It’s one reason to get one regardless of being in a constitutional carry state.

Not just bears and really there’s better ways to deal with bears generally to avoid confrontation with them as well as other critters. Still, there’s definitely instances where people will want to be carrying regardless for self protection. Hiking in remote areas you should have a rifle, farmers in the more rural areas of the country are likely to have something to deal with coyotes, wolves, bears, etc. that may threaten them or their live stock. I remember seeing a youtube video about living far north in Alaska that when it’s time to take the dogs out to do their business they bring a high powered rifle for polar bears. But me going to my local game store, there’s no real reason to be packing. ESPECIALLY open carry.

Yeah, I feel a lot of the boomer generation has a hoarding problem despite so many not being in a situation to need to. I would have taken it to a thrift store though regardless. Even if they don’t sell it someone of the staff may make use of it. That said, good on getting rid of a burden on your life mentally.
- Comment on Mom with the real questions 2 weeks ago:
Yup, and if having no use for one still means you don’t need one.
- Comment on Trump, 79, Rants Incoherently About Robots and AI 3 weeks ago:
I brought up Bernie and he had a typical neo-liberal response of “Get over it.” This dude will not back down despite being shown the bullshit that the Democrat party is.

Yup, sounds like a neo-liberal. I prove we’ve done so, tried to, and the Democrats conspired against him. mIn

We tried with Bernie. Saw what the established Dems will do when progressive politics is on the rise.

Never says the neoliberal.
- Comment on Trump, 79, Rants Incoherently About Robots and AI 3 weeks ago:
No, likely a leftist. There’s two people who hate Biden, the MAGAts and leftists. Biden did some good things but so did Trump, broken clock metaphor. Biden also slow walked us into this by not persecuting Trump for sedition like he should have. It makes the “paid opposition” argument much harder to dismiss of the neo-liberal dems.
- Comment on Trump, 79, Rants Incoherently About Robots and AI 3 weeks ago:
They’re already openly talking about a techno-feudalist state in the USA. The rich are a blight, and until people realize that we’ll continue to lose.
- Comment on Trump, 79, Rants Incoherently About Robots and AI 3 weeks ago:
Yup, and I was almost one of them. Can take a while to deprogram oneself. It literally took me being exposed to the wide world out of their little microcosim of understanding and rhetoric to see they were putting 2+2=9. Add in the neo-liberals who cozy up with them when anyone with a hint of progressivism gets popular or change is on the horizon. Then saying stuff like “they can still learn and understand.”
