Is this the pain that feels like a knitting needle getting rammed into your chest and only lasts for like 2 seconds but it’s two second you think “Shit! I’ve been stabbed” and everyone around looks at you because you’ve Just reacted like you’ve been stabbed.

Precordial catch. More common when you’re younger but hoo boy do they hurt like a motherfucker. Fortunately they’re harmless.

It could also be voodoo. I collect hair from barber shop dumpsters to make voodoo dolls to jab from time to time having no idea who it’s tied to. I’m not the only one doing it, either, there’s a pretty active discord community for it.
