No not you! Original OP, as in whoever wrote the title in your image. Sorry for the confusion /gen

The title reads like OOP is also a bot/sockpuppet. It doesn’t quite read like proper low-literacy American English, but someone who diligently studied insta posts from that demographic.

- Comment on [Ham-Ham Heartbreak] Why is Harmony... doing whatever she's doing here? 1 week ago:
Could be a translation thing (since Hamtaro is originally Japanese iirc), or it could just be they didn’t really think that much of it since it’s a cartoon game from the early 2000s.

That’s just where she hangs out between levels/progress points.
Kinda like how humans will lay on their front and sometimes have their feet up.
- Comment on They mods dont want you to know. 2 weeks ago:
There were a lot of weird photos that looked like they were taken from a webcam/stream, in private settings, with extremely specific work address/personal info to tie her in person. There was also no continued communication like there usually is from scammers. Plus the bots spammed from countless instances with the same messages and different pics, like it was dedicated to making sure people would know her irl identity. Not 100% positive, but for a lot of people it felt “off” from the usual scam and spam campaigns. There was a dedicated community of folks who were concerned about this, as well.
Other spammers eventually rode the coattails and tried crypto-scheming with similar strategies but those were more “traditionally” scammy.
- Comment on [Ham-Ham Heartbreak] Okay, what is Postie doing here? I can't seem to have him deliver anything to anyone. 2 weeks ago:
You eventually collect unique ham-chats as you progress, and there’s a little table off to the right where you can “fill out a form” then talk to the delivery hamster to “send in to a contest.”
I forget what the reward is, though.

This is precisely why oligarchs are trying to clamp down on these tools.
It’s not for “the children.” It’s for their protection, or so they think.

If it was readily available in grocery stores where I live, I would. Same for seitan.
- Comment on 2022 was a bleak year 😢 3 weeks ago:
Like the other commenter said, it’s chickpea and mung beans and some other stuff.
I have a soy allergy and am intolerant of red meat, so Beyond burgers are the next best option for me. I can sometimes find pre-made bean patties but those are rarer. ¯\(ツ)/¯
- Comment on 2022 was a bleak year 😢 3 weeks ago:
I generally like beyond products (they’re pretty much the only soy-free commercial vegan protein option), but that just looks…bad.

I’m not great at keeping up on game news (outside of the gaming and bside fedia comms on here) but I’ll do my best to keep that in mind anyhow, thank you for the answer!
- Comment on Recommend and discover obscure indie games 3 weeks ago:
Oh god I could accidentally spam that comm with recs. My entire played library is almost exclusively indies…or well, indie-vibes.
Is there a semantic qualification for what counts as indie? Like, small studio, literal independent publisher, or just not AA/AAA?
Cuz I know there’s been discussions on how, say, Dave the Diver is not an indie game due to their being a subset of a bigger studio/publisher even though the gameplay reads “indie” as a gameplay loop genre.

- Comment on AI Agent Lands PRs in Major OSS Projects, Targets Maintainers via Cold Outreach 4 weeks ago:
AI Agent = LLM, or fancy autocorrect chatbot
Lands PRs = is successful with pull requests: successfully gets generated code added to software projects.
OSS Projects: Open Source Software. Software that has its code publicly available.
Targets Maintainers: seeks out humans who write and regularly update the original code
With Cold Outreach: relentlessly spams without prior network connections. Basically plays a digital door-to-door sales technique, using a numbers game of 100 “no”s to 1 “yes.”
Quick translate: Slop bot harasses human programmers into allowing poorly generated/formatted code into important software projects.

- Comment on China’s dancing robots: how worried should we be? 4 weeks ago:
Why should I worried about what seemed like novel mocap-type technology when I live in a surveillance state dystopian hellscape where roves of masked racist invaders are ripping my neighbors off the street, and the tech companies here are gleefully enabling and profiting off it?
