That’s insanely cheap. We pay $0.11 off peak and $0.33 on peak (4p-8p). At $0.33 for my PHEV it’s no cheaper than gas at $3.99/gal.

In Germany I pay: -0.33$ at home and work -0.72$ - 0.88$ on public chargers
Gas is currently about 7.68$ per gallon. ._.
