ordnance_qf_17_pounder@reddthat.com 5 weeks agoI see those kinds of Christians as revisionist Christians. US evangelical Christianity is like it’s own religion that does not follow the teachings of the Bible or Christ. Their religion is guided by their political dogma, not the other way around.

Those kinds of ‘Christians’ are in the Bible; if you take the rather common view that Revelation is not prophetic but rather describes things which have already happened, then they’ve been around since the very start
