  big ben is the bell, not the tower,. so renaming the tower to Big Mo (catchy name) wouldn’t change the Big Ben.

      We don’t need any official renaming, start calling the tower Big Mo, go around saying that Big ben is the bellend, and the tower is Big Mo. if it becomes a meme it might actually hold long enough to become a common term.
