I’m not sure which is worse, the fact that you thought this was clever and relevant or the fact that other people upvoted it and helped to validate your unbounded idiocy.
- Comment on Attitudes 4 weeks ago:
Unless your job is doing something like political organizing, it makes no sense to draw a distinction between loving your job and doing it for free. I don’t understand why we even need to discuss this.
- Comment on Word. 4 weeks ago:
These people don’t want to hear it. They’re obsessed with the cult of hating Microsoft. If they said, software should be libre/open source and LibreOffice is superior in that regard, I could take them seriously.
- Comment on Word. 4 weeks ago:
Microsoft Word is just fine. I assume most of the hate is for Microsoft because Word works just fine for most people’s use cases.

I mean, yeah, obviously sugar isn’t spicy, but that’s because there are no spices in it. Ketchup is made with spices and is tangy from vinegar. So you never know how people perceive it.

Maybe it is spicy ketchup or something? I don’t know. People who judge others’ spice tolerance belong in prison.
- Comment on My culture also loves music, dancing and telling stories 4 weeks ago:
If only it were actually “people often speak about the foods they enjoy” and not “you’re a weakling I love spicy everything’s spicy fuck not spicy” which is the reality for most morons.
- Comment on My culture also loves music, dancing and telling stories 4 weeks ago:
How do you know people like spicy food? Don’t worry, they’ll tell you.

The last time I said basically this same thing, someone recommended something…I think it was an industrial TV or something? I can’t remember!

I believe that line was originally written as “man shall not lie with boys” and is about pedophilia, not homosexuality.

It did not even occur to me that reacting to the real hearing loss part was ruining the fun, because it isn’t.
- Comment on Marco Rubio bans Calibri font at State Department for being too DEI 5 weeks ago:
The problem isn’t the font itself, it’s the fact that they’re being reactionary.
- Comment on Always wear protection, folks 5 weeks ago:
Loss is a great comic and I love the message too. I wish I would have listened to all of the voices telling me to use proper hearing protection. I tried a little bit, honestly, but stupidity won out a lot of the time. Young folks, listen to traitor Skunk Baxter. Protect your hearing.

- Comment on We can play that game too 1 month ago:
Even though it’s irrelevant, I will try one more time. Boomers and pensioners are not synonymous. Boomers are just people who were born in a certain period, not a class. There are people older and younger than boomers collecting state and private pensions.
- Comment on We can play that game too 1 month ago:
That makes no sense unless you are too stupid to use the correct term, which you are not.
- Comment on We can play that game too 1 month ago:
Then you should disagree. Saying all boomers are entitled traitors is like saying all millennials squander their income on avocado toast.
- Comment on We can play that game too 1 month ago:
You’re the only one who’s confused here. You’re talking about boomers like that is a meaningful category of person rather than people who just so happened to be born in a certain period. It’s like saying “Most parents are adults”.

Your comment did not come across as mean, I’m sorry I even said it like that; I was being hyperbolic to make a point. I was genuinely not trying to be mean to you either, as I was literally just having a goof replying back with a comment of equal superfluousness—again, not judgmentally or meanly? Is meanly a word?
I love that song “Alright Caroline”, presumably because they originally wrote it for the first or second album, but I’ve only just heard of it recently, so I’m like catching up. He says “Alright Caroline” like fifteen times in that song. It’s easy to get stuck in your head.
The subject matter of the song was not aimed at you, obviously, and I didn’t even look at your username. I’ll have to check out that link. Sorry!

Who’s us? Obesity just conjures up images of fat people. Normal decent folks. So if you’re talking about “financial obesity”, you’re just describing normal decent people, not superfluous parasites.
