starman2112@sh.itjust.works 1 year agoQuite literally in this case, the rich unity devs are harming poor game devs. Imagine selling a game for a dollar on steam and having to beg your users not to install it more than four times because it would literally cost you money. Imagine going bankrupt because you put a game on gamepass and a small fraction of gamepass subscribers installed your game and played it for two minutes.
I’m not going to call for violence against Unity devs, because doing so would be illegal and I could be arrested and thrown in jail for it.

Not staff. They don’t make the decisions. The shareholders likely. They are the scum. The staff will get death threats lose their jobs and they wouldn’t even make the money if it was successful. Shareholders are bad for humanity

I mean I’m not that big into finance but if I’m reading this page right I don’t think any shareholders have large enough stake to have that much influence. This looks like C-suite
