  I also thought this was a scam like “energized water” and similar, but then found that there are actually medical studies being done on it: pmc.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/articles/PMC10816294/ But that review paper also says, that larger sample sizes are needed and the mechanisms aren’t explained, so it may turn out useless after all.

  Well most gases dissolve in water especially at higher pressures so it would be like sparkling water but with hydrogen not co2 (maybe but who knows).
