Nah, that would be dangerous af. I don’t think they ever keep anyone awake during colonoscopies. That said, I do remember parts of it. It’s weird, some people go in and out of consciousness to some degree during anesthesia.
No, knocking people out is the dangerous part. They probably figured you were expendable / billable.
Nah, my sister stayed awake, but she’s a doctor.
