I do this but I add cooked pasta in the pan sauce and eat it on the side of the steak, maybe with some lemon if the alcohol isn’t acidic enough for my taste

acockworkorange@mander.xyz 2 months agoOr cook a nice steak and deglaze the frying pan with it, sauté them in butter with salt, pepper and a bit of cognac, use it as dressing for the steak. Delicious!
