  Wasn’t there a satellite that got lost in space due to EU/US teams disagreeing on the tracking units of measurement? I feel like I read this at some point…

    Assuming you’re thinking of the Mars Climate Orbiter, it crashed into Mars.

    Of course it’s possible there’s been more than one metric/imperial issue.
