I’m just trying to clarify when it is and is not a war crime. Bcz some people seem to think it’s not a war crime at all. It confuses me, and I just have to sit here wait for someone to tell me when its good and when its bad, so I know how to feel about innocent injured people in a hospital getting bombed to all hell. Honestly, its baffling how anyone keeps all this stuff in their head all at once.
Comment on After Obliterating Gaza's Healthcare System, Israeli Leaders Call Iran Hospital Attack a 'War Crime'
jonne@infosec.pub 4 days agoRussia bombed plenty of hospitals as well, and that was widely condemned. The only countries that are allowed to bomb hospitals are the US and Israel.

I want to be on the side of not killing civilians…
It is sad to see politics come before protecting life

Yeah, I agree. It’s a always bad. War fucking sucks. I’d like to go back to the days when politicians had to go to war with their armies, so they might think twice before starting wars. Not that it stopped people in the past, but im fairly certain there were no world wars back in the days before planes and bombs could be dropped.

It’s always a war crime. People will argue that’s exceptions (Hamas tunnels, etc), but those conditions are never met in reality.

Maybe…but only if Fox News tells me its a war crime.

Honestly I think people skip over the human aspect
Bombing a hospital in retaliation does nothing but kill innocent people. The people in that hospital have no control over Israel. Responding to murder with more murder doesn’t help anyone.
