This is why I call scrum masters scrumlords.
Thankfully my boss is hands off so I took a walk and then worked on an internal tooling side project that really only I will appreciate.

Quitting my last job for this one might be the best thing I’ve done since I tricked my wife into down.
My mental and physical health has improved a ton.
