    Misconception that heating a specific area makes the fat there disappear. Also Asian ladies walk more than western girls, and wear heels while doing it. Their feet hurt. Heat nice. Winter cold. Etc.

        Probably no vibration just heat, probably steam, and sweat. Although vibration too sounds nice to me.
