  What does that mean, you can’t change the race because of historic and present power dynamics? Not sure how that’s different to just “no you can’t change it”

    You can’t change the race to reinforce historical and present power dynamics. Changes that don’t affect the dynamics or which counter them are fine.

        You can change Jesus. Just not to races that have appropriated him as a symbol while oppressing his people.
