Not technically. If Trump succeeds in turning the US into Russia, most countries would be fine, especially if they or their close allies were nuclear armed.
US citizens would become effectively slaves though.

Well the difference is that all the people who are not wage slaves right now would be, and the current wage slaves would basically be relegated to serfdom.
