Clinicallydepressedpoochie@lemmy.world 4 days agoSupreme Court loses 9-0. Garcia released from super max. They haven’t sent any other migrants to el salvador yet. Initial wins on dei case, federal employee cases… etc. I by no means am here to educate you so you can say you peace and lay off me or I’ll just ignore you for forever. Your choice.

You know none of those are “wins” right? Garcia is where? Trump’s admin is not following the supreme courts orders (and they seem to not care), They are still rounding up people and putting them in camps and as far as I can tell your federal employees are still fired crippling your government further.
This is just more of the odd “teams” nature of what the usa has become, and now both “teams” are in their own silos reading their own news about how the other side is “losing” all while the free world burns.

Tell me, what would you have them do, aside from the obvious like be more vocal and better at controlling the media narrative.

At this point? Step aside.

The prosecutors, prosecuting against the government, they should step aside?

How do you propose they do that? Keep in mind that your proposal must not give up more power to Republicans.
