Like Hershey uses slave labor, Chiquita helped transport weapons for paramilitary groups, nestle well we have all heard about what nestle does.
Just about everything you listed that they do can be summed up as they vehemently protect their IP that while they are overkill they just aren’t even close to other video game companies like blizzard who protect sexual harassers

you’re right about other companies being worse, but that doesn’t make it ok for nintendo to do what it’s doing. They 100% deserve the hate that they get, which was my point really.

Thje problem is more that they tend to get WAY MORE hate for way less stuff.
Like, blizzard literally had a woman commit suicide because she thought she was going to be used as a sex slave. Yet Nintendo gets more shit than blizzard does, because Nintendo doesn’t want you pirating their games.
Like, bruh, priorities. I know it’s not a zero sum game, but god damn.

I don’t think blizzard gets as much hate as it should but I think the reason is simple. :/
i want you to consider that fact that blizzard is a 30 billion dollar company meanwhile nintendo is closer to a 2.5 trillion dollar company. There’s going to be a lot more eyes at nintendo than blizzard which will bring more hate to it specifically :/
