  I think that’s fair. I think the other worry is that it is mostly just a series of static images that the camera pans over. I am guessing that there is going to be a lot of weight placed on the VA’s to deliver on the actual emotional moments of this story.

    I hope so. I understand not all series I love are going to be as good as the adaptations for Mushoku Tensei and Frieren, but hope is still there.

  This is when it’s time to use c/Anime as just c/Manga. This post reminded me of the manga it’s based off of and is a nice kick in the butt to go read it.
