They are usually overpriced because someone is getting commission, but it’s a great way to find unique Xmas gift ideas to buy elsewhere.

Because I’m sure those advertisements weren’t curated by digesting user interaction data and selling it to advertisers. And I’m sure those sales aren’t further used to build profiles to sell to advertisers. /s

that’s how advertisements work. but that doesn’t make the consumer the product. the product is still the product.
