no I’m not a robot lol. your initial comment just seemed like it was meant to go in another thread because I couldn’t find exactly what lined up with what you said.
yes that was the point of my comment. I think people attempting to actually change the behavior is a much better alternative than following a tiktok trend.
I’m not sure what that has to do with your comments. you said stuff about “expressing emotions” and other things that seemed not pertinent. was just asking for clarification cause I said nothing like that at all.
- Comment on "Analog bags" are in. Doomscrolling is out. 20 hours ago:
when did i say that specifically? can you quote it for me?
- Comment on "Analog bags" are in. Doomscrolling is out. 22 hours ago:
what did i criticize specifically?
- Comment on "Analog bags" are in. Doomscrolling is out. 1 day ago:
did you mean this comment to go to a different thread? cause my comment has nothing to do with anything you’ve said.

this seems to just be subbing one obsession for another. if you have to create a bugout bag because you have a scroll addiction, I think that maybe warrants a better look at properly managing your own behavior.
just put the damn thing down and read a book, or paint something. you don’t need to declare war on smart phones. or even eliminate them from your life. just take some responsibility for your device use.

and sold, as well. easier to just grab when you see the little checkmark. and you don’t have to wonder. or search lists or forum threads for compatibility.

that’s super smart, actually. and might help indie titles get some love on the deck.

yeah! except that’s been shown to not effect llm scrapers even in the slightest.
the only individuals it annoys is real people. but I’m glad you’re entertained.

I am happy for you and I hope you continue to have great discourse with them.

this isn’t new. this has been happening for a while now. there is a reason there is so negative a response by most.
if it happens in a couple comments, its innocent. this is not. this is purposeful trolling. and just straight up annoying after you’ve seen it a thousand times.
- Comment on World would be a better place 1 week ago:
I just gently close the door in that case. after saying no thank you.
- Comment on Ruby Central tries to make peace after 'hostile takeover' 1 week ago:
it’s such a shame that you’re a stubborn troll who blocks yourself from having real conversations for the sake of some silly gimmick that you refuse to let go of.

no need to be a disrespectful ass. even if you hate religion.

what if I want to roll a wombat character with an aversion to the sun for some reason, hmm? how about that?!
what if he craves blood instead of grass and roots? >=)

I am sad to think there are titles lost because of this. GoG is doing amazing work.
also do we need to roll a save for those berries? cause now I’m kinda nervous. lol

I see a lot of these threads praising loops and i have never been able to use it effectively despite my efforts. =( and I have really wanted it to.
I am curious about the length restriction as well. I wonder if these are all things they’re going to address and fix. but you’d think they’d have done all that before making announcements and whatnot.
- Comment on another social network? 1 week ago:
is this like some strange form of trolling? where you’re trying to be a super hated account?
or do you genuinely not know that you annoy people. or do you know it annoys people and you’re a reverse troll? cause I can’t believe that you haven’t discovered how fruitless it is to put that symbol in your comments.
it doesn’t hurt any scrapers in the slightest. it only annoys real people. there’s no way you haven’t figured it out by now, right?
I’m trying to understand if this is just some kind of social experiment or not. cause if it is, the results are quite plain.

it’d be cool if their android app could get updated. and they fix the feed from just showing you the same string of videos constantly.
other than those two things im sure it will be awesome.
- Comment on Loops Joins the Fediverse 1 week ago:
did they fix the feed and algorithm issues yet? or is it still doing the thing where it shows you the same feed every time you open the app.

these kinds of games practically call assholes to them. once the assholes get to it, nobody who wants to play normally will get a chance.
these games never work the way devs intend. IRS a shame.

you don’t have to take every single thing a person says as gospel, man. this isn’t reddit. we can just have a conversation without everything being an argument.

sometimes it feels like the world is kinda moving off consoles for being too restrictive. and I wonder if there will be a future where these two companies just keep making consoles to fight each other while not selling any.
just two giant, hot black chunks of plastic locked in an eternal battle of corporate obliviousness for all eternity.

I recommend a client that allows tags instead. I only block really toxic accounts.
trolls just get a label and they’re usually at the bottom of most threads anyway.

I don’t think the DS could play original game boy carts, could it? if I am misremembering I’m gonna be mad for thw me that didn’t know that when I got a DS. lol
- Comment on 15,000 Retro Gamers Voted And Chose The Best Retro Handheld Of All Time 2 weeks ago:
it was not a remade SNES. that’s what people assume but the GBA was a powerful little guy. and had some decent 3d capabilities that were solid for the time.
and it was backwards compatible with the original gameboy carts that pushed it to being extremely popular. and the library for it was massive as well.
