Nope, who your Presidents are is kind of inconsequential at this point. The system sucks because it was written by people who figured a king was nessisary and you lot never updated it into modernity after and now it’s failed due to old age.

The only thing keeping the whole thing on the rails for as long as it did was believing in fairies. The rest of the world looked at that system and when they built their own democracies they fixed the bugs with more modern designs.
