Is it me or the new mysterious character introduced at the end got some lycagon marks ??? It looked a lot like it but I was not sure in term of equipment if it really could be it. Sunraku can’t equip anything. 🤔

I don’t think so. Sunraku has darker scars and they are on arms and legs. It could be a different curse or just cosmetic item for avatar.
I wonder if we have seen her in different game or IRL.
