  went to my junk drawer and got one, Doesn’t have anything on the bottom and top won’t come off without breaking

    You can actually remove it pretty easily. I recall because I removed that shiny metal bit so I could follow a life hack video that allows you to increase the flame size. I’m sure you could take it off and refill it.
