Technically, aren’t they kind of both?
No. The refugee convention states that it is not illegal to come here by any means necessary. If the UK is not happy with it, they can resign from the convention. Until then, the UK needs to follow the law.

All modern cars are a major privacy issue to the consumer. This though is a guideline to employees of high risk companies, who believe that China wants their data specifically.
