Yes, but it’s easier to enforce EU regulations when the headquarters happens to be within the EU.

Aren’t there tax benefits to incorporating in Ireland? Conventional thought would suggest that the tax/regulatory environment in the Netherlands would be less attractive? Maybe that’s wrong… I wonder what their reasons for moving were. Is that where Steve Huffman wants to build his new doomsday bunker? Gotta spread out just in case. Maybe connect it to the one in CA with a massive underwater tunnel lol.

It moved from Ireland to the Netherlands, both are in the EU. This will not change anything regarding GDPR.
