I hope it’s not the left one. I only had enough shaving cream left this morning to do two of them.

Oh yeah? I’ve won the local bad decisions championship 9 times out of the last 10!
The reason I didn’t win last year was because I stayed up all night watching YouTube reaction videos and ended up sleeping through the whole, so I consider it a moral victory.

Can confirm. Got Legionaire’s disease on my birthday. Getting older meant not being able to trust farts.

- Comment on Meta faces another EU privacy challenge over 'pay for privacy' consent choice 1 year ago:
I like that the article consistently refers to Meta as what it is, an adtech giant that also runs social media platforms rather than the other way around.

Except for the Brother printer everyone has. It just works.
- Comment on Philly Streets Kensington by Channel 5 1 year ago:
Yeah, or put in another way: treating this health issue like a criminal one scares people away from seeking the help they need and exacerbates the socioeconomic issues that put people at greater risk of developing the disease that is addiction in the first place.
- Comment on Philly Streets Kensington by Channel 5 1 year ago:
Needle exchanges and safe injection sites help a lot. Decriminalization if not full legalization like in Portugal would help even more.

I can’t speak for the residents of your town, but I too would be delighted to see bird pictures everywhere 😁

Not many people know it, but penguins are excellent brick layers and if they were smart enough, ostruches and emus would make excellent guard birds! Also, kiwis are just adorably awkward, so they’re there to keep the morale up 😉
- Comment on Checkmate, landlord! 1 year ago:
Not to be confused with Handsy Bill who’s serving 7 months at the local penitentiary.

That’s the risk of doing anything satirical these days. Satire isn’t dead like some people say, it just has more booby traps.

To quote Steven Tyler, ironically a hectomillionaire himself, from Eat The Rich:
“My attitude may taste like shit, but goes real good with wine”
I recommend a lighty chilled 2024 Mad Dog 20/20.

Thanks! It’s been very tough to manage since then, but with the help of my GP, I’m dealing with it and things are definitely improving 🙂

Apple just remove features and charge more for something that is inherently similar to everything else they’ve ever done.
Ah, the joys of walled garden consumer electronics!

more processing power than 1970’s supercomputers.
Doesn’t every computer and computer-like device for the last couple decades or more? Or is that the joke?

Nah, I was on Zyprexa once. It completely removed my ability to feel full while I was on it, which in turn made my stomach capacity expand a lot from overeating 😔
