Lukewarm take: if the person being pranked doesn’t laugh during or immediately following the prank then it’s not a prank anymore, it’s just being mean to someone. Basically all the things “ruined” as pranks by the current situation fall under this, so it’s not really ruined at all.

Steam does suck though? It’s hard to use, and most things are better boiled/blanched or fried.

Sounds like you’re describing something like the Monowalker
There are some people who have done DIY hiking trailers by chopping up youth bikes too so maybe look into that as well.
- Comment on I'm looking to buy something like a reverse wheelbarrow, what do I call that? 3 weeks ago:
Given that a four wheel design spreads the weight to four wheels instead of just two, four wheels can obviously move more weight more easily than two.
Gonna have to disagree just on this point. Unless you’re worried about sinking into soft ground or something, two wheels can take the weight just as well as four. Fewer wheels is often more maneuverable and there’s less friction. I mean, you specifically mention wheelbarrows which show this trade off; stability for easier rolling/maneuverability.

Lots of great replies, just want to add that if he’s uncircumcised and you haven’t covered the topic yet; washing under the foreskin is important hygiene. Same with washing his ass while we’re on the topic of hygiene.

You don’t have a variety of food trucks where you live? We have fry trucks, sushi, smoothies, fries, pierogies, burgers, you name it.

Matthew Good Band - Load Me Up
I always heard:
Picture yourself (At) the MGM Grand Murphy’s fighting how come You’re in the stands?
I loved this line as it was calling out the assumption when you picture something big, why are you in the crowd and not the star of the show? It felt motivating and a fun play on the way people imagine themselves in the world.
It’s actually:
Picture yourself The MGM Grand Murphy’s fighting Occam You’re in the stands
Which, just doesn’t do any of the things the misheard lyric does. So disappointing.

- Comment on They're called leaves for a reason. 4 months ago:
It really depends on how many leaves we’re talking; a thin, evenly distributed layer? Yeah that’s just mulch and is great. A thicker layer that turns slimy and dense? That grass is a goner. Area and species of leaves probably pays a big part I imagine. I have an area near a fence where the leaves piled up and were left a year and now there’s no grass there, even a couple years later (there’s a super embedded layer of decomposing leaves that’s blocking everything else out even after removing the bulk of the leaves)
Of course, there’s never room for nuance in these conversations.
