How can people be this stupid?
This goes beyond stupidity. This guy was most likely delusional, suffering from some sort of mental illness or psychotic break.

where did I say a date field is hard to use? or how is this relevant?
The ‘easier to use’ is a descriptor for how a date field works. Im not implying that you said a date field is difficult. I’m explaining what a date field is in a very watered down, very layman-esque way.
Its not relevant. And yet you still brought it up. It doesnt matter to the conversation at all, similar to how checkbox vs date field doesn’t matter to the conversation at all.

Yeah but like… The alternative is worse.
Im not saying it’s not a shitty system. Its sucks from the top down. But I would rather type a date once and have one company hold onto that than enter my id or face onto every platform I visit and have several companies hold onto that data.
Also dont be pedantic you fuck, a date field is just a fuckton of checkboxes that is easier to use.

They’re saying that people are now referring to AI as LLMs only.
Misnomer: “an adjective used to describe a person, place, or thing that has been given an incorrect, inappropriate, or unsuitable name or designation”
It’s like when you keep calling all squares rectangles. Yes it is technically correct, however, its an unsuitable name. Its misleading.

Feels more like they see the direction tides are turning and they want to get ahead of it. They implement the laziest and easiest to work around age verification, and then if down the line age verification is required on a federal level, California can say they already did it.

Steam already requires your age when you look at m rated games. The only difference is that the age verification is before you get to that page.
Also, the age verification is literally just check a box. Its the less of several evils, but really if I HAVE to verify my age, Id prefer to do it this way

Technically a 5th. There was one between two and three. Called Borderlands : The Pre-sequal. It wasnt that good either.
Borderlands had two really solid games, and theyve been running from what made it solid ever since.

Bro, grow up lmao. You’re on here spewing hate over a niche topic. And when people call you out for not sharing that opinion, you’re now getting upset that people are attacking your own views.
Do you want to be hateful without getting hated on? Do you really think that’s possible?
- Comment on how time flows 3 months ago:
LMAO no she doesn’t. You’re literally the only person to think that.
